What if I want to commission SILYONU something their website doesn't have listed?
You may contact me via Email or SNS for any art/live2d services not listed here. Keep in mind these type of requests are usually only accepted by friends.
How long will I have to wait to receive a reply?
You will receive a reply regarding your commission within 3 days. Similarly, clients are expected to reply within 3 days.If a client has not replied in 7 days during the discussion phase (before payment) then the artist (silyonu) will assume the project with them has been dropped. If you have chosen a different artist to work with on your project, please inform the previous artist (silyonu) so that a commission slot is no longer taken.
Do you offer payment plans?
Paying the full amount upfront is preferred. Payment plans are only available for commissions that are at least $200 USD total.
